Medical weight loss treatments are only prescribed after a clinician has reviewed your information and confirmed they're suitable for you. You'll have ongoing support throughout.

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No. We don't prescribe meal plans. The aim is sustainable change — most people make small adjustments alongside their treatment.

How is treatment delivered and stored?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-business-day delivery in plain, unmarked packaging. Where your treatment plan requires refrigeration, your order ships in validated cold-chain packaging that keeps contents at the correct temperature throughout transit. Your clinician will confirm safe at-home storage as part of your consultation.

What if it's not right for me?

If a clinician decides treatment isn't suitable, you won't be charged for anything beyond the initial review. We'll explain why and, where helpful, suggest alternatives.

Can I cancel?

Yes — any time, with no fees. You only pay for the months you use.
